MAE AMOR has put together a couple of solid runs in recent weeks and returning to the scene of her 66/1-shock win back in the spring, Rebecca Menzies' 4-y-o gets the verdict over Diamont Katie, who did enough to suggest she's still in form when mid-field at Glorious Goodwood last time and drops in grade here. Thunderstorm Katie and Invincible Ruby can fight out minor honours.

Call Me Betty (IRE)
Dual 7f winner on all-weather last year and, making only second start over 6f, left this season's return behind when making all in 12-runner event at Carlisle in May. Ran poorly having been unable to get to the front at Pontefract the following month and not seen since.
Mae Amor (IRE)
Big-price winner over C&D on return in May and finally back to that level when fourth of 26 at Glorious Goodwood. Again ran creditably in a less competitive race when third of 8 at Pontefract (6f, good to firm) 4 weeks ago and she should be on the scene again.
Diamont Katie (IRE)
Showed improved form after a breathing operation when scoring easily at Pontefract (6f) in April. Consistent in defeat thereafter and did enough to suggest she's still in form when eleventh of 20 at Glorious Goodwood, a big mid-race move eventually telling. Back down in grade.
Lily Pearl
Improved to make a winning start to her handicap career in 8-runner nursery at Pontefract (6f) last autumn and ran to similar level when third of 8 at Catterick (6f, good) on return in May. Not so good at Wetherby the following month (easy to back) and hasn't been seen since.
Thunderstorm Katie
Course winner who opened her account for the campaign in 13-runner event at Ayr (6f, good to firm) last month by 2 lengths from Whiskey Kisses, helped by her draw/track position but doing it nicely nonetheless. On a career-high mark here and likely to find things tougher.
Invincible Ruby (IRE)
Back to form with a pair of 6f Carlisle wins (both good ground) this summer. Another solid run when second of 18 at York (7f, good) in July but gave herself little chance of seeing out the trip when down the field at Haydock (7f) last month. Mark is workable if she proves more tractable.
Pickersgill (IRE)
Bounced back to best for present stable when winning at Southwell (7f) in April. Form has been in and out of late, though, not disgraced after just 5 days off when third of 8 at Carlisle (6f, good to firm) just over 3 weeks ago. Hard to catch right given her free-going tendencies.
Kilfrush Desert (IRE)
Fair form shown this season when runner-up in 6f maidens at Newcastle and Ripon. Returned from a 2-month break and was unsuited by the drop back to 5f when eighth of 10 on handicap debut at Beverley (5f, good) last month. Better showing anticipated back at 6f.
Annie Edson Taylor
Back to winning ways in 10-runner event at Thirsk (6f) in June but has failed to get competitive on both subsequent starts. Hopes pinned on reapplied cheekpieces working the oracle (now just 1 lb above her last winning mark).
Whiskey Kisses (IRE)
Remains a maiden after 12 starts but wasn't disgraced in a better race than she needs to contest when sixth of 11 over C&D (good) 12 days ago. More needed if she's to open her account here.
