Progressed with each of his 3 starts last year, comfortably winning 11-runner maiden at Southwell in October. Gelded during his 9-month absence but was easy to back and proved disappointing when last of 4 in handicap at Catterick (7f, good to firm, 6/5) 17 days ago. Tongue strap on 1st time.
Suspicious Mindz
Placed in 3 maidens at 7f/1m and proved well suited by the drop to a sprint trip when winning a 20-runner maiden at the Curragh (6f, good to firm) in June. Opening mark looks workable having since left Mrs J. Harrington for 50,000 gns.
First Time (IRE)
Won a 6f Newmarket maiden last summer and ended his 2-y-o campaign with a good second 7f Newcastle nursery in October (then left Harry Charlton). Proving consistent this season, again emerging with credit when third of 9 in handicap at this C&D (firm) 14 days ago. Should give good account again.
Vidmiyr (IRE)
Won at Lingfield in May prior to posting good placed efforts at Lingfield and Chester. First below-par effort of the season when tenth of 14 in handicap at York (6f, good to firm) 35 days ago but gelded since and appeals as one who should bounce back quickly enough in these calmer waters.
Goldwork
Won 6f Goodwood novice at 2 yrs and couple of good efforts this season at Kempton and Newmarket. Took a step back in the right direction in a first-time tongue tie when third of 5 in handicap at Lingfield (6f, good to firm, 3/1) 7 days ago. Blinkers now also added.
Shadow Run (IRE)
Resumed with a very good second in 5f handicap at Naas in March but well below that level back in novice company when fourth of 8 at Cork (5f) following month. Hinted at temperament when down the field at the Curragh since and goes back up in trip having left M. D. O'Callaghan for just 5,500 gns.
