Judicature
Sole success came in 6f novice here last summer. Went as close as he has in handicaps when runner-up at Carlisle (7f) in May, though has failed to repeat that in 3 subsequent outings. However, he's one to note dropped in grade with claimer on board.
Wish This
In first-time blinkers when gaining a first success in 6f handicap here in November. However, has yet to fire this year, returning from 7 weeks off when ninth of 13 at Southwell (7f) 8 days ago.
Why Because (IRE)
Fair form on all-weather for Harry Charlton and has been finding her feet in 3 starts for current yard this season, left poorly placed when seventh of 10 in handicap at Doncaster last time. Has eased further in the weights ahead of return to this surface.
Reginald Charles
3-time winner in 2025, including over C&D, and arrives in good heart, not ideally placed when sixth of 11 at Beverley early this month. Could be ready to get back to winning ways returned to this venue.
Jamaican Storm
Regular slow starter but confirmed promise of previous couple of efforts when opening account over 1m here in March. Below form last 3 outings but he's now dropped to 1 lb below his winning mark. Capable of getting involved back at this course.
Andalprofit (IRE)
Benefited from an enterprising ride when getting off the mark for the year at Redcar (6f) in May. Wasn't seen to best effect after a slow start when last of 6 at Carlisle the following month, though has yet to prove his effectiveness over this far.
Uncertainty (IRE)
Remains a maiden (previously trained by Richard Hannon) but ran best race for present yard when 2½ lengths seventh of 15 in handicap at Doncaster last time, left with too much to do. Task is now to build on latest effort.
Arc La Shari
Caught the eye with how she travelled on debut when third of 5 in C&D novice in November. Hasn't kicked on in 2 starts since, though possibly needed the run after 6 months off at Doncaster in June. This should reveal more as she goes handicapping.
Smartanck (IRE)
Bounced back to winning ways when causing a 50/1 surprise over 1m here in March. Has lost his way since, though, tried in blinkers when well held at Wolverhampton 25 days ago. Headgear/tongue strap now left off.
Heathers Feather (IRE)
Dropped in trip, showed more than previously when sixth of 11 in novice over this C&D 5 weeks ago, travelling better than most. Could yet do better as he makes handicap debut, so he's worth a market check.
